We proudly ship to countries within Europe, the United Kingdom, the United States, and Canada. If your location is not currently listed, please contact us at info@aquaticcreatures.com for potential shipping options. All orders originate from our warehouse in Milan, Italy.

European Shipping:

  • VAT and Customs:
    • European orders include VAT in the displayed prices.
    • For shipments to the United Kingdom, Norway, and Switzerland, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties and taxes upon arrival.
  • Shipping Costs:
    • We offer complimentary standard shipping on European orders exceeding €150.
    • For domestic orders within Italy under €150, a shipping fee of €8.00 applies.
    • For other European orders under €150, a shipping fee of €10.00 applies.
    • We offer Free shipping to the UK on orders above €350 with standard service. For orders below this threshold the costs are €20.00.
  • Delivery Timeframe:
    • Once shipped, European orders generally arrive within 3-7 working days.
  • Shipping Exclusions:
    • Due to logistical complexities, we are currently unable to ship to the following regions: Åland Islands, Armenia, Bouvet Island, Cyprus, Faroe Islands, Georgia, Gibraltar, Greenland, Guadeloupe, Guernsey, Iceland, Isle of Man, Jersey, Moldova, Malta, Mayotte, Montenegro, Réunion, San Marino, Svalbard & Jan Mayen, Tenerife, and Las Palmas.

USA & Canada Shipping:

  • Customs and Duties:
    • Shipments to the USA and Canada are delivered using the Delivered at Place (DAP) method. Customers are responsible for paying all applicable customs duties and taxes upon delivery. Please consult your local tax office for estimated costs.
  • Shipping Costs:
    • €20 for orders €0 - €60.
    • €30 for orders €60 - €120.
    • €50 for orders €120 - €300.
    • €65 for orders €300 - €600.
    • €120 for orders €600 - €4000.
  • Delivery Timeframe:
    • Orders shipped to the USA and Canada generally arrive within 7-14 working days.

General Shipping Information:

  • We process shipments Monday through Friday, excluding local public holidays.
  • Our goal is to dispatch all confirmed orders within 48 hours of payment confirmation.
  • Tracking details, when available, will be provided in your dispatch confirmation email.
